Orders & delivery
Do you deliver across Zagreb?
Yes, we deliver by refrigerated van across Zagreb and surroundings. Delivery is free for orders over €80, otherwise €5.
Do you ship outside Zagreb?
Yes, across Croatia in an insulated box with ice packs, delivered within 24–48 hours. Delivery costs €12.
Why can the final price differ?
We cut by hand, so each piece may vary by up to ±10%. Before delivery we tell you the exact amount, and you pay the actual weight.
Can I order a special cut or thickness?
Of course. Write it in the order note or give us a call.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, at our shop at Trnovčica 71, Zagreb, during opening hours.
Payment
How can I pay?
By card (secure link after we confirm the weight), PayPal, bank transfer (IBAN) or cash / card on delivery.
Do you issue company invoices?
Yes, enter your company name and VAT ID when ordering.
Meat & storage
How long does the meat keep?
Vacuum-packed steaks keep 7–10 days in the fridge (0–4 °C); minced meat and chicken 2–3 days. The date is on every pack.
Can I freeze the meat?
Yes, in the original vacuum pack for up to 3 months. Thaw slowly in the fridge.
Where does your meat come from?
95% of our range comes from Croatian family farms. Exceptions are Wagyu (Japan) and Argentinian ribeye.
What does XO mean?
XO (extra old) is beef from mature cattle, aged for a long time (up to 60 days), with a deeper and more intense flavour.
